Carlow protest in support of Republican Prisoners
The Carlow town based Myles Shevlin/Tony Ruane Cumann of Republican Sinn Féin will be holding a protest at the Liberty Tree 1798 monument in Carlow Town on Saturday February 11 from 1.00pm to 2.00pm.
The protest is to highlight the ongoing struggle for their right to political status by the Republican prisoners in Maghaberry prison, near Lisburn in Co Antrim.

Geraldine McNamara, PRO, Republican Sinn Féin, said that the announcement by an Australian mining company Tamboran Resources that it intends to use fracking for mining in Co Leitrim and Co Fermanagh should be firmly opposed by local people in the area.

Today's march for truth and justice,remembering the 40th anniversary of 'Bloody Sunday', in Derry shows there is still a pulse beating!
The marchers were not intimidated by the Provo element in the six counties who tried to tell people that the march should no longer take place now that the British have apologised.

Republican Sinn Féin Gaillimh wish to bring to the attention of the public a shameful PR stunt by British crown forces and facilitated by the College Football Association of Ireland.
